Products/acoustic imaging camera

VS128N acoustic imaging camera

10-inch screen, 2-65 kHz acoustic imaging, suitable for leak location and equipment acoustic screening.

VS128N acoustic imaging camera
01

Audio Source Visualization

The acoustic signals collected in arrays are converted into acoustic images and superimposed into visible light images to locate the acoustic sources.
02

Steady and transient algorithms

The exception screening under different conditions is supplemented by a continuous leakage and intermittent sound selection algorithm.
03

Hypersonic zone detection

The 2-65 kHz frequency range is used for acoustic positioning and allows the analysis of frequency bands by target signal.
04

partial discharge analysis

Provides PRPD information for further review in conjunction with voice location and on-site equipment status.
Designed for testing

VS128N Product and Test Capacity

VS128N uses a large screen structure with both hands to collect acoustic signals through the MEMS microphone array and superimposes the distribution of acoustic sources in visible light.2-65 kHz work bands and steady, transient algorithms are suitable for positioning screening of continuous leaks and intermittent abnormalities, with 10 inch touch screens for on-site observation and multiple viewing.

The instruments provide PRPD analysis, audio recording and replay, which can be used to compress air pipelines, valves, French and electrical equipment inspections.Aluminium alloy shell, IP56 protection and 6-hour single-cell renewal are suitable for on-site operations, and USB external sensor extensions can be configured as required for detection to supplement sound level or vibration information.

Core functions

Designed for physical testing

The key capabilities that affect the efficiency of on-site testing are centralized in a testing platform.

04

partial discharge analysis

Provides PRPD information for further review in conjunction with voice location and on-site equipment status.

05

Ten inch touch screen

The large-screen touch interface allows for the viewing of the sound position, adjusting the detection settings and replaying records.

06

On-site protective structure

Aluminium alloy shell and IP56 protection, combined with hand-held structures to facilitate on-site operations.

07

Long-term inspection of power supply

The single battery is marked as a continuous flight of 6 hours and is suitable for successive inspection missions according to route.

08

External Sensor Extension

Specific compatibility can be confirmed by configuration through sensors such as USB extended sound level or vibration.

Typical application

Compressed air leak

(c) Positioning the ultrasound sources in the interface, hoses, valves and pipes and recording the state of maintenance before and after maintenance.

Electrical partial discharge

The acoustic positioning of switch equipment, insulation components and connection locations was performed, and PRPD information was reviewed.

Petrochemical and process industries

Checking the leaking sources of valves, Frank and accessable pipes, and identifying problems in conjunction with field work.

Mechanical acoustic screening

The preservation of audio records is used for subsequent analysis through the abnormal acoustic area of the audio superheavy positioning device.

Test Process

Full detection process from entry to judgement

01

Confirm target and distance.

02

Select frequency band and scan

03

Position and review the sound sources

04

Save sound and labels

05

Post-maintenance review
