VS130CIF Infrared acoustic imager

Infrared acoustic imaging systems are detection devices that integrate infrared thermal imaging technology with acoustic imaging technology, simultaneously providing both thermodynamic and acoustic information about target objects. They find extensive application in industrial fault diagnosis, safety assessments and other fields.

Thermal imaging is generated by capturing thermal radiation emitted from object surfaces via infrared sensors, precisely mapping heat distribution and its gradients. Concurrently, acoustic sensors detect sound waves, utilising microphone arrays to acquire acoustic wave information from sound sources. Through beamforming and image recognition algorithms, the location of sound sources is accurately overlaid onto visible imagery, enabling visualisation of their positioning.

High-precision temperature measurement and imaging: Capable of accurately measuring object temperatures while providing clear thermal imaging, aiding in the detection of equipment temperature anomalies. The acousto-thermal imager employs infrared imaging at 640×480 resolution, featuring a response band of 7–14μm and a 30Hz frame rate to ensure precise temperature measurement and clear thermal imaging results.
Acoustic Detection and Localisation: Incorporating multiple MEMS digital microphones, it precisely captures faint sounds, supporting leak assessment, partial discharge diagnosis, and vibration localisation. The thermo-acoustic imager’s 130-channel MIC array covers the 0-100kHz frequency band with a maximum detection range of 150 metres. It detects minute gas leak flows and accurately identifies four types of partial discharge faults.
Multiple Detection Modes: Typically featuring infrared (IR) mode, acoustic (AC) mode, and MiX mode. In MiX mode, thermal distribution and acoustic signature information are displayed simultaneously, enabling comprehensive hazard analysis of equipment from multiple dimensions.
